seeing as last years was free they are def. going to charge but like always ozzfest will deliver and i have a feeling its going to be big this year regardless all the festival going on this summer

$$$'s not the issue, the locale is. If it's going to be a one-off (two-off?) as rumored, it will depend on where, and who's on the bill. If it's going to be a 2 day event w/ Ozzy and Metallica headlining, I guess I'll be heading wherever it's going to be in the lower 48. If it's one day or Ozzy and a bunch of "smaller" bands, I'll have to think about it.
But in either case, they better get off the stick and announce what they're doing as it looks pretty certain that a lot of people are going to need to be putting together some sort of travel arrangements.....
