I understand that Ozzy deserves the rest and time off. But why not just go ahead with a full tour with no Ozzy? I have been a life long Ozzy fan and would be a lil disapointed if he didnt play it but Ozzfest is beyond just Ozzy now. Ozzy and sharon have said before that Ozzfest will continue long after he is gone!

I mostly like the lineup. Few things I wished would be different. Sucks for people that can't get to Dallas but we are definitely going to find a way to get tickets.

I think the lineups not bad(aside from serj,john davis,hellyeah,ITM,and Drowning Pool who all blow ass) but the whole 1 show thing kinda sucks though, im not gonna lose sleep over it but it just kinda sucks, i like going to ozzfest

I think its a weak line up,and to far away for me!I will always be an Ozzy Fan but to travel and spend all that $$$ for this shit,Hell No !!I cant wait until there is a real bad ass line up like ,Black Sabbath, Slayer ,Venom ,Overkill,Exodus,King Diamond,Testament,Metal Church,And the list goes on..Metal Masters tour is bad ass and hope they one day add more TRUE METAL bands and make it a Fest !!Hell fest as a Us gig would be awsome!Give us the real deal,not something that is trendy... Metal masters Motherfuckers !!

Totally agree
Last year was really good..except for Lordi and ITM
Plus all my friends that normally couldn't go were able to go since it was free
And I got 3rd row center seats for $60
And it was my 21st birthday
We all had a blast
If I went this year it would ruin Ozzfest for me because I know I would not be having as good of a time as last year
And going broke for a concert isn't much fun either

I don't really have one anymore. I just don't care much about this year's Ozzfest since I have other plans this summer and I can't spend a fuckin arm and a leg on a one day concert.

That's a dumbass reason. Why should it matter if Metallica is "mainstream" or not? They draw in a crowd, a shit ton of people love them and the fact Ozzfest plays mainstream bands shouldn't matter if they are a type of metal band. Underground bands never make enough money for themselve because of the fact that no one knows who the fuck they are. Untill a bunch a people take notice, get them played on the radio, then they change their look, then they become a mainstream band to most people. At least they make money. Overall, "mainstream" should not matter

Shite the Ozzman himself woulda called es debauchery a pavement pizza outside a throw pub.
It's a sad thing when the stank that still tours under a once great monicur Metallica [sorry rob] gets more play than the great man himself.
All I can say is I am glad I will be seeing Mr. Vinnie Appice instead.
