It is the Enter Sandman of their career, honestly that is just what seems to be a lighthearted song, really reminds me of Boston(The Band) when I hear it, the rest of their songs have a dark feeling to them, I know what you mean, but you have to look at it through the "normal" persons eyes.
I love Boston too. But there are a bunch of other "light" Lizzy songs... Jailbreak, Bad Reputation, Cowboy Song. On the other hand, Emerald, Thunder and Lightning, :Opium Trail", and the like are definitely a bit darker. Either way, it's all good!

You werent around for their heyday I will give you a little of what went on back then. They seemed to be cursed everytiome they went to tour the US. Something happened, it would get cancelled be it injuries, sickness, VIsa, band members changing... problems whatever. They were megastars in Europe but never achieved that level here.
The album that appeared to be their breakthrough album was Jailbreak with two songs, The Boys Are Back in Town and the title track getting big time airplay over here. It looked like they were going to make it here but then the above mentioned problems always seemed to happen and they never achieved that level of success again.
I agree Im surprised more of their songs havent caught on here. Outside of those two and a tad for their version of Whiskey In The Jar which caught on a a bit cause of Metallica recording it, they gittle little if no airplay. There albums seemed to sell ok though.
