  they have to have the extension ,jpg... Microsoft has a program built in that will let you save them in jpg it is called Paint if you have nothing else...each pic is a file it needs a name and the extension needs to be selected at the time of the naming there is a small handle when saving AS selection you need to click that handle and then select jpg or it will save it as a bmp extention and you will not be able to post it anywhere-it am sure someone told you how to get them on the site. peace rock on
