Just hold down the ctrl button and then hit the print screen button. The picture was taken even though it does not look as if it did anything.
You can then post whatever you took a picture of in paint by clicking the edit button and then hit paste. The cut out the part of the image you want and open new document, and paste just that part. There you are done.
